You need to have a youtube account and Google adsense account. The youtube account earnings can be linked to Google Adsense account very easily.

How to link youtube account to Google Adsense Account
When you login to youtube with your account information in Video manager you will see option 'Settings'. In settings option left side option will have 'Monetization'. Click on that and go to the guide lines to FAQ to link your Youtube to Google Adsense.
Click on the dollor button in the Video manager against the uploaded video The dollor sign will be full green once its been approved from youtube
.
Each Video needs to be monetized seperately by clicking the Dollor sign as shown in the below screen,
